Ever since you were a baby you have been afraid of the water. Not just at the beach but also every time I gave you a bath. It was like torture for you. The first time I took you to the beach you wouldn’t stop crying when you were in the water. Throughout the years you have lost that fear little by little. You now go in the water but are still very cautious about it. You only dip your head in for a second and come out almost gasping for air. You didn’t get that from me, I am the opposite of you. I only hope that in the future you continue to lose that fear that you have not only of water but about lots of other things. I want you to be confident in yourself, to know that you can do and be anything you want.
