the let it go thing. definitely easier said than done.
I have had a bit of an itch for over a year now. with quotes, common phrases and the self help, memes kind of thing... most of it is a bit of a contradiction, people who follow very strict rules telling others to be who you are etc etc, some of it is delusional... tell a girl in a poverty, or heavy war zone or tyranny part of the world to follow her dream.... and if you want it you can get it, that nothing is impossible..... most definitely fantasy and, depending on who is saying it to who, hypocrisy , but then again... I am old and particularly grumpy in the past few months, so pay no attention to me LOL

I used to be fond of inspirational quotes, that is until the internet and social media started flooding us with what I find ridiculous and in many cases false, people who claim to be pro life advocating fore death penalty, others telling others "be who you are" or "all good things are wild and free" but then are prejudiced about others way of life. I keep thinking, tell a girl from the interior of Brazil or Argentina, or even some small town girls in Spain or Portugal to follow her dreams, that all is possible, anyway
just wish my dad was here to guide me in how to Let go of this hurt, tight anger, disappointment, my heart had never broken so badly,
