The idea for this challenge is a great one. I chose to talk about my Hysterectomy in 2017, what led me there and the events after it. I created a word cloud, over a recent image of me. The words are all taken from my journals, blog posts, etc from that period and I deliberately used a recent image of me - happy, fit and healthy.
And just incase you can't fully read my journaling, my hysterectomy was the best thing that I ever did, it ended 20+ years of pain.
