February 7th ~ All About Me Challenge
this kind of challenge is a real one for me as I really struggle to scrap about myself so here's my layout about how I feel right now, I admit it's therapeutic!

Glad you got a little therapy out of it! I don't do a lot of these pages either but it's good to get those feelings documented. I really like the composition and mix of B&W and color.

I'm so sorry that you are feeling this way, but I agree that it can be very therapeutic to scrap about it. The neutral background with the pops of color in your elements is perfect - it reminds me that even in the midst of the darkness, there are bright spots. This is a beautiful page!
