Sometimes isn't exactly "early" routine, but no matter where we are, coffee is a ritual, at home, we usually don't eat straight away, when on holidays, either with family or in hotels, that is one of the most exciting parts of the day for Sarita, she always loved breakfasts at hotels, since she was a toddler.
