Love your bucket list and you show everything that's makred off and the things you still want to do.
Just an FYI: Amsterdam is actually too big to grow tulips (but of course you can see them nearby in April). I think the 15th week of the year is the best time to go (depending on the weather they might bloom a little earlier of later).
