Created for the Inspiration Challenge in the SSD community forum.

I knew what I loved most about summer and when I saw New Casa by My3Hens (now My4Hens), I knew I could lift it and re-work it to fit my needs.

Journaling reads:
When I think about summer, my favorite part is being home with you two. Even though we drive each other MAD sometimes, I would not trade this part of our lives for anything in the world. I think this is such an important time in your lives and I don’t want to miss one second of molding the people you become. Sure, we have terrible days where all we do is fuss and fight and get on each others’ nerves, but lucky for me, I get to be there for each and every fight and what comes after the fight (the apologies and forgiveness). I want to have total influence in your lives and when you look back in 50 years at the person you’ve become, you can say, “Mom raised me like that.”
Have we suffered financially? Absolutely! But, will the $$ matter in years to come? Probably not.
It’s the memories we’re making right this very minute that matter. I will go to the “poor house” before I let someone else make the decisions in “raising” you.
Your daddy and I love you two so very much and we’re both willing to do whatever it takes so that I can be home with you!
