Times Past & Add-On by Sara Amarie new 8/15 to Sweet Shoppe!
Journaling:
I spent most of life being under
weight, I wasn't even at my ideal
weight. Then I went to basic and
got too skinny, I was lower than the
healthy weight for my height. When
I came home, I proceeded to put on
all the weight I lost plus some until
I was pushing the upper limits of my
healthy weight. I then needed to
lose weight before before tech school.
I crash dieted and lost 15 lbs in one
week. Then I went to school and
again dropped to 120 lbs at 5'9''.
When I came home, I put weight
back on again and stayed high until
2005. I started LA Weight Loss &
was back to a healthy weight again.
Then I got pregnant. I put on a
healthy amount of weight, but then
while breastfeeding I put on weight
rather than losing it like most people.
I started Weight Watchers and got
back to 10 pounds above prepregancy
weight. Then I somehow put most
of that weight back on again. Today
I started Weight Watchers again.
I will be back to a healthy weight
again. Enough of this up and down.
