Sometimes I wonder
if I’m an anguished teen
trapped inside an old
person’s body. I’m so
cranky and depressed
all of the time.
I have horrible mood
swings, and can snap
in a matter of seconds.
In 2010, my resolution
is to not be so damn
contrary and stop
getting upset by little
things that are not
necessary. I think it
will be a difficult
journey, because my
negativity is just part
of my nature. I must
overcome so I can be happy.

Right journalling reads:
The best thing
about keeping this
resolution will be the
happiness I am sure
I will feel. The tension
and stress will be gone
and the stress I feel
over minute details will
also disappear.
It will be hard, but it
is worth it.
