Journaling: I have loved to read since first grade when Mrs. Hollbrook got me interested. I am a truly eclectic reader, going on non-fiction jags for months at a time, then escaping into a purely-for-fun fiction rampage. These are some of my favorites over the last few months and years. Currently I’m reading “Stones into Schools” about Greg Mortensen and his schools for girls in Pakistan and Afghanistan. My fun reading is soon to be derailed by my need to take the PA recertification exam this year. It’s quite expensive and thus necessary to pass on the first try, so I will soon be picking up some huge medical texts which will be the vast majority of my reading over the next few months. I’m sure I’ll need to escape into a nice mystery series this summer to recuperate! Then perhaps I should actually teach myself to knit so I can make the adorable animals in the knitting book. . .
