This is in response to Baby Love Letters prompt 75-What would you tell your child about winning or losing?
Journaling:No, really I mean it. It’s not just something people say. YOu two are so competitive, whether it‘s basketball or Monopoly or checkers or bowling or your DS or . . . .(you get the idea!) Competitive with each other or just with yourself. I understand - I’ve felt it, too. But I want you know that playing a game is so much more than winning or losing. It’s practicing, it’s persevering, it’s being a good loser and a good winner. But is mostly about having FUN - so lighten up a little, enjoy yourself, laugh a little. Because someday you won’t remember who won more games of P-I-G or who made the most money in the Game of LIfe, but you will remember having a good time with your family! Trust me!
