To my dismay none of you were ever into stuffed animals...until Easter ‘09 when you received two Webkinz apiece. Now it is all about “pets”! You mostly prefer dogs and cats, but do like a few other recognizable animals as well. You name them all, play with them as either the animals they are or as batman and other characters. You also take one to school each day for nap time and sleep with them at night. But even with this new found love of stuffed animals, you had never really showed an interest in having a teddy bear. Since I’ve always loved them and collected them as a kid I had been sad about that until two weeks ago when you announced that you “needed” a teddy bear. I’m not sure why, but you suddenly had to have one. So to my delight we went out yesterday in search of the perfect one for you. Introducing “Teddy”, your first teddy bear.
