A bookmark to complement the book I'm going to give away to a friend. I have the same book myself as well as several others by the same author and so do some of my friends. So I made 4 of those.
The author is Stephen Clarke and he's known for having written several books that make fun of the French, in a hilarious but loving way.
The text in French is a take on the famous motto of the French revolution and means, rather predictably "Liberty, equality, fraternity, hilarity. Or else, Stephenclarkity". :-)
I have to note that this was the opportunity to FINALLY use my tablet after owning it for over a year - I needed a snail to match the frog, so I drew it, thank you very much. :-)
