August is when it starts getting pretty warm around here. It doesn’t rain much & we get to watch an even9ing thunderstorm pass through every once in a while. Fire danger usually rises to extreme. Everything is super dried out and any little spark is potentially a huge threat. We anxiously await the evening hours when the temperatures drop & the breezes blow, it cools everything off, but not for long, as soon as the sun starts rising so do the temperatures for the day.
