Journaling reads:
Canton has a large flea market every first weekend of the year. I hadn’t been to it in years with Mom and Dad, and this weekend, Dad took the boys and I over to hang. We went looking for chickens for his homestead, and found a bunch more! The boys’ favorite area was definitely where the pets were, and we all fell in love with a little blue beagle which was the cutestpuppy I’d ever seen. He almost came home with us! We saw lats of small livestock, the boys were caught up in the chicken coops, and we had fun investigating a small army surplus shop with lots of cool equipment. We also had the largest corny dogs ever. It was great to spend some non-work time with Dad, just hanging and talking about stuff. He loved watching the boys so excited about things that were important to him. I love how he loves his grandkids. He’s changed in the year as he’s learning to cherish his family even more, which is a wonderful trait to have in a grandpa! It sure makes my heart happy, and I know the boys love it!

Great photos of your boys exploring the market. How nice that they have an active grandpa who takes a lot of interest in them. Wish we had a flea market like that one here, but not on the first weekend of the year, or we'd be snowed in!
