Journalling

About 9 weeks ago I started getting really sick - I had no energy, was getting dizzy, couldn’t get to work so basically life turned very quickly into a miserable one. It was not a concious decision to break some of these bad habits, it just suddenly happened but I no longer - drink diet coke, instead I drink filtered water & if I want a treat I might have a small glass of Sprite Zero or Peach Iced Tea - order Pizza from Dominos Pizza & Pizza Hut - now if I want pizza I order a smaller, better quality one from Hell Pizza - order Subway everytime I go to work and not always the under 6 grams of fat either - go to a supermarket on my way to or from work to pick up a snack or two or three and see what the bakery bread bargains were and probably pick one up - eat as many Naturals Confectionary lollies as I used to - I used to have them every time they were on sale - get tempted during a lunch shift at work to follow my work colleagues when ordering takeaways

Pretty. I like the bg paper and the cheerful colours in contrast with b/w photo. Lovely alpha chosen.

Good for you. I've been thinking about this myself a lot lately. I like the 'healthy' paper, lol!

I really like how simple you kept this! It puts great focus on your journaling! (And keep up the good work on getting rid of those bad habits!)
