Such a cool layout. My brother had a felt rabbit that was patched so many times it ended up having its outsides completely replaced. This reminded me of that. Love the buttons and the stitching around the edge.

I can definitely relate to the sentiment behind this one. Although neither of my kids have a "lovey" like this (both are addicted to their thumbs), my niece used the blanket I made for her when she was born until she was 6! It was such a tattered mess it looked like an old rag when she finally put it away. Great job capturing that kind of sentiment forever!
