this is so cute... I totally remember that year too... my parents got the call from TRU on Christmas Eve after being on a waiting list for soooo long.

Great LO! I got my first CPK in early '84, after some failed attempts when they were sold out. I've been planning to scrap my story and DD with her 1st kid, and you've inspired me to get it done for this month's Portfolio!
