this is for the recipe challenge # 27...journal journal journal....
journaling reads:
ok...so we were forecast to get a
little bit of snow...well normally
since we are so close to sea level we
NEVER get anything...welll Sam & I
went out about 11:30 last night
and low and behold, we had a light
dusting on the ground....I’m out there
in my pj’s and a sweatshirt and Sam
is out there in her shorts!!! I guess
at least she put a pair of shoes on
and a sweatshirt...well she just
couldn’t leave it at that...she actually
had to “write” in the snow on the
driveway...well we did wake up this
morning with more than a dusting!
the base was closed, but school was
2 hrs late...I let the kids sleep in,
skip school and spend some time out
in the snow today! What a blast they
all had! Hope to get some more
tomorrow and have another snow day
