A cute little hybrid project I made using Penny Springmann's Heart Pouch Printables. I just used her pre-made heart pouches as a template to make my own simple little paper hearts to stuff with candy for Valentine's Day.

Created for the Hybrid Challenge at Pennys Miscellany dot com.
