My take on SSD's Recipe Challenge where one paper, one photo, one heart & the word "sweet" should be used somewhere in the LO.

Journalling:
Ingredients for Polvoron
4 cups all-purpose flour, 3/4 cup powdered milk, 1 1/2 cups sugar,1 cup butter
Procedure: Toast flour in the broiler, or in a frying pan, until light brown. In a bowl, sift the toasted flour, powdered milk and sugar.Add the butter and mix thoroughly. Put mixture in standard polvoron mould and press out moulded. Wrap individual pieces in rectangles or circles of multi-colored thin papel de japon or plastic wrapper.May be stored in a dry container or served immediately.Candies or m&ms may also be sprinkled on top.
