After three weeks of dieting (and losing five pounds total...ugh), I picked up one of Parker's b-day presents and committed to an hour. I had a blast and lost nine pounds in the first week, so last week I did the 7-day Challenge. I only missed one night simply because I was exhausted and aching from the night before when I got stuck in a Speed Shuffle with no one home, so I just powered through it and went for almost two hours until Kyle came home and found out how to turn it off without losing my points.
