Journaling: It was definitely the joke of the year, fated to go down in our family history as the time mark & I trolled Kuya for Christmas. I’d wrapped a pack of batteries for him, and as he opened them, his face went through at least three different expressions in the span of two seconds! Disappointment that batteries were all he got, the struggle to be grateful because at least we got him a present, and eventually just utter confusion. we couldn’t stop laughing! Finally I took pity on him and presented our accompanying gift--Pictionary Man. He threatened to PRANK us next year, so we shall see. in any case, the game that followed is another one for our history books, too. The only truly awful thing about this? I had a major scrapbooker fail in that I didn’t record any of his reaction--no video or photos!!! --DEC 2012
