Okay, first--AWESOME take on this challenge. Second--I LOVE LOVE LOVE your journaling: such a simple statement but so very beautiful. We can't have dogs at the moment (terms of our rental) but your statement reminded me of why I ALWAYS coo and squee whenever I see a dog/puppy.
