For ADSR: A memorable trip.

Journaling: Darcy and I were to be dropped off by her dad in SLC to drive a van back that had been in for repairs. Well we get there and find out the van isn’t ready. Easy, just go back with her dad, right? Nope he had to travel to Nevada. So, what to do?? Her dad was on a tight schedule so he took us to one of their friend’s house and he would help us figure out how to get home. In the meantime, he let us use his big truck to do some shopping. That was an adventure trying to get around the city, in heavy traffic, with construction, not completely knowing our way around. We got back to the friend’s home and found out that we would be driving a small Toyota with a stickshift home. Well thats fine but neither Darcy or I had alot of experience with a stickshift, some, but not a lot. We started out on our way. We stopped at a gas station, filled up the truck and got us two containers of Ben & Jerry ice cream for the trip home.
“First gear- it's alright. Second gear- I lean right. Third gear- hang on tight. Faster it's alright”
We popped in a Beach Boys cassette tape and headed home with a few stalls, some jerking take offs and a bunch of laughs!
