JOURNALING: I camped a lot when I was a kid and we picked it up again once out of college. I loved the cool mornings cooking breakfast and the cool nights by the fire. The afternoon hikes and just lounging around doing nothing. We haven’t been camping since the girls were born, but I am hoping that this year both are old enough to enjoy themselves. It’s the simplicity that draws me in. It is relaxing and refreshing.
