I found these words from my godmother on FB, and they were beautiful.

Tita Au had written this for Tito Chito on his birthday. I loved what she said so much that I consider it my prayer and hope for us as we go through our journey together. I love you!
Together we created maintained and nourished our partnership with Trust and Respect (No naggings, no questions, no expectations. We both agree we owe no one any explanations. We voluntarily share what we choose to share)
and Acceptance, (acknowledging our uniqueness, our total packaging).
Thank you for accepting me as an "uncommon" woman.
Love manifested through the FREEDOM we gave each other. To BE in whatever space we choose to be. To DO whatever gives us joy and pleasure. To GO where the heart leads.
I cherish growing old with you. Should the time come when one of us takes off ahead, we are secure with the thought that the other half is ok.
It will be ok because the years we spent together was a continuous process of mutual empowerment, so whoever is left will continue to be complete and whole.
