Finally scrapped all the daily photos of our Elf - Noelle. We used the "magic of the Christmas Tree" to bring our Tinkerbell to life. For the month of December she became our Elf on the Shelf. My daughter took daily pics of her elf friend before playing with her. Our elf's rule was that she could play with my DD all day, but to come to life at night she had to be placed under the tree when DD went to bed.

I used a variety of Christmas kits for these 2 layouts.
