Journaling: As much as i’d like to be free of it depression haunts me. i want to be the mom and the wife my family deserves . i want to soak in this incredible life i’ve been blessed with , and i hate that I would waste even one second being blue. but no matter how hard i try or how far away depression seems. there it always is, threatening my sense of security and peace. i’ve come to discover that this victory isn’t in beating it completely but instead it is in the fight. it is in the determination. to live every moment of every day to the fullest extent i can, and to let myself be: less than perfect, less than happy, sometimes. Background is from Lauren Grier and My "Color My Mood." Photo Corner Sticker is from Lauern Grier. Wow Shawana-what heartfelt journaling-my mom struggles with Bi-Poloar disorder and I know she feels exactly some of the same feelings as you!

fabulous layout. I LOVE how you did the journaling, very creative. i've had my own battle with depression too.
