Oh boy....here goes. Maybe this will give me the push I need in the right direction.....

Smoking......what is there to say really? Other then it was the stupidest thing I EVER started! I started at 1, or somewhere about that, and I've been doing it pretty much every since. Like most people who have smoked for 15+ years... I've tried quitting! It ever seems to last. I've done the pills, the patches and tried cold turkey. Nothing seems to stick! I smoke outside, and try to keep it away from my kids. It's my habit, and it’s DIRTY! I am hoping that writing this, and looking at what others see when they see when they look at me, will help motivate me to quit! I want to be here for my girls for a long, long time, and I know that if I continue to do this, there is a good chance that I won't! I can't believe I am even writing this, cause I have never put this to words before. God grant me the willpower to do the things need to do to KNOCK....
