14 months old and already you can do so many things. You have been using a sippy cup for a few months now, and you are beginning to run! You can use a spoon to feed yourself (its messy) and you are working on the fork. You know some body parts and you can point to them when we sing “Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes”. You can say about 10-15 words-the best ones are “book” and “bath”-you are still working on the endings. You can scribble, put together simple puzzles, but your favorite thing to do is READ!. When books are out, you pick them up and “read” them and you want us to read them-anything from your books to our books, to magazines and instruction manuals. You ride in the car alot to check out new places. We love to go to the bookstore, and you are alot more interested in toys at the store. You point out “dogs” and “man” and “kids”. This spring, we took you to the park to play on the small playground with other kids. You didn’t interact with them, but you were fascinated by the screams and the giggles. You also enjoy eating-your favorite food is still avocado, followed swiftly by ice cream. You also say “vaccuum”-so we bought you one and you follow us everywhere and of course we follow you. You are so adorable little muffin top!
