This is for the Sugar Free Challenge #44, this was difficult for me, because the only thing I used on the whole layout, really, was a background. I've never done that before... and it's made me feel very exposed.
This was all about battling personal demons, and I hate my temper. I wish I could keep it in check, but I seriously fly off the handle when I'm p*ssed.
The journaling reads:

Fortunately, you inherited your looks from your father. Unfortunately, you inherited this blistering temper from this girl right here.
She has been found with bruises on her knuckles more times than she can count. Don’t let it get the better of you, my love.

you did a great job - ive never tried to do a layout without elements! i cant imagine it would have been easy.
