This takes a bit of explaining I think - in case you can't read the journal entry from the picture...on Easter Sunday, our church had a glow party for the kids which was great. The funny part was the competition they had two leaders do (one of the leaders was my husband) to start the beginning of the big group lesson on light...they had to drink a little cup of Sprite first. Of course you could only drink while you had your candle lit and the end of it on a table. You could also use any means necessary to keep your competitor from finishing first. It was hilarious to watch them and the kids cheered the whole time. My husband was a bit competitive, even throwing Ms. Jenna's lighter across the stage at one point so she couldn't relight her candle (he shared his after that though).
