I love the journaling and the love/hate relationship you have with social media. I always have my notifications turned off so I have no idea if there's something I need to see or not--business as well! I figured it'll be there when I get on my computer, and it's worked for me. I hope you find your balance this year and your business grows leaps and bounds!

Amazing page! I love how you did this! I also feel this way about Facebook. I took a 2year+ break, and it felt amazing, but I had to start again for various reasons. Sometimes, I think it's great, but I definitely know it wastes a lot of my time!
