I love the title that you gave this layout. The font fits your mother and this beautiful layout that you created. What a precious moment that you scrapped. I know you and your family will cherish this moment forever. I'm sorry that God called her home, but rejoice with you in knowing she's no longer in pain. I love the yellow color that you used with the black and white photos.

This is such a sweet page Dawn! I'm sure it was so hard to scrap but I hope it was cathartic to you. It turned out beautifully. I especially like the contrast of the black and white photos with the bright yellow background. It's almost symbolic of the sadness mixed with the warm comfort of knowing she's no longer suffering and the small blessing of knowing she knew who you were.

This had me tearing up as I read your sweet journaling. I felt your emotions and brought back memories of when I saw my dad and how drastic, in just a week, he changed. This is a beautiful page Dawn and hope it brought some healing scrapping it.
