I can't remember the last time I used a white background! This is Cookie Decorating template #45 by Missy Strand. Papers are by Melissa Daniel (all slightly recolored). Sun by Andrea. Popscicle sticks, road sign, scalloped matte, and water splashes by Peppermint Creative.
