Ella’s preschool class took a field trip to Lazy-O Farms in Smithfield, NC. Mrs. Jana was so kind to let Ruthie come along as well. Then 2 days before the field trip, Ella also invited Nana to come along. What a great idea that was! We had so much fun. This field trip started as an Easter egg hunt, but we were pleasantly surprised to realize that there was so much more to experience. There was a small petting area with cows, biddies, a giant turkey, an African tortoise, and of course goats to feed.
