Journalling: It was an unbelievable delight to see the 2 of you bond. Ive always known you needed a puppy in your life but I was a little scared since I was never allowed one as a child myself. This made me worry at whether we would cope with the added burden a puppy would bring to our lives. Now that we have him we understand why most people who have dogs would never hesitate to keep them in their lives. Now that you have discovered the relationship of a ‘man and his dog’ I doubt that you will live much of your life without one some where in it!
The joy this brought you was a priveledge to behold and it made me remember how much I dreamt of the same sort of day coming to me in my childhood along with the dissappointment in knowing that it never did!
