I am so sorry you are feeling this way. I wish there was a way you could make a schedule, have quiet time for the kids to give you some time for yourself. I don't know. It's hard when you have kids that require so much of your time that you once had, but now have to redirect elsewhere on top of everything you normally do. I hope this was therapeutic for you to scrap and I hope you guys are able to find a space for you to be you  Hang in there. We've got each other's back! I'm just a message away even though I'm on the other side of the world.

I'm so sorry to read you're feeling this way. I can only say that I hope all of this will end soon. And I hope that scrapping helped coping with your feelings, even if it was just for a little while.

Great therapy page! I feel the same way much of the time. I have nothing to complain about, but I miss my old life and just everything being normal. I hope you are feeling better and finding new ways to cope. Hugs!
