I just wanted to say that I think, maybe, we're all a mess right now. (Misery loves company, so hopefully "mess loves company" too?) This is a wonderful way to capture a not-so-happy moment and a great reminder that someday you can look back and be proud of how you pulled out of it. It's also a great way to capture that your mom is there for you, which is really lovely!
