OMG, girl! I love this so much! Did you use a paper or a style for those frames! They pop so beautifully! I have never heard of any of these books! My favorite part of being a Kindergarten Substitute teacher was READING books to the little ones. Sometimes I would bring beach towels and go to the school green yard and just read books. Sometimes we would read and then dramatize them!

What a great list of your childhood stories!! Love the book covers and the floral background and your amazing clusters. Great shadow work too! Wonderful page!

Thank you! I used one of the wood papers in the kit for the frames. Reading outside is heavenly! What a great way to introduce young kids to the joys of reading!

I remember these books as well! Great take on the challenge. I struggle so much with the list prompt and rarely do it but yours is awesome!

OMG!! I love the vintage looks of this layout. I remember two of those books even though I only saw the movie: where the red fawn grows and watershed hills. and with both those I had to cry a big time... but so so beautiful.

This is so beautiful. The soft look of those book covers look like they could be elements in the collection.
