I'm sorry you were diagnosed as pre-diabetic, my family has a couple people who are diabetic and I can relate with you. i just love how you journaled this and how you have managed to find balance with your diet and all. love the kit you used and all the paints and that artsy background paper you used.

This is fantastic, from the photo and the coordinating colours, and your journaling - just everything! I was not so lucky as I didn't kick my butt enough to not get to the 'diabetic' stage so I understand how hard you've worked to take control!

Love this!!!! The bits of yellow that coordinate with your photo, the bits of hot pink and green, the big title, the painted edges... Gorgeous! And big congrats on all the hard work you put in!!

That must've been a very scary time for you but it shows that courage and determination can bring positive results. So happy that you kicked diabetes in the butt! Great page, I love all the artsy bits, your big title, the elements peaking out behind your photo, your journaling. I love everything!
