While I realize you weren't laughing when you tried the GF bread substitutes, I have to admit I totally LOLed at "awful sawdust insults" line! Love the pics of the bread--looks yummy!

What a great goal! I am not much of a baker so all we try to do is purchase more gluten free items. Love how you used this template.
