Our present train started a few years back. We used to not put any presents under the tree until the night before Christmas because the little babies would rip them apart. One year we had the kids help us bring the presents down to put under the tree and they started a sort of conga line carrying presents and saying "toot toot," which got dubbed the present train and became an annual tradition that they originally created.
