I have missed being in the gym and working out properly. I can work out at home, but I am far more inspired when in what I consider the right environment. I love the treadmill, I am an uphill walker and I do 30 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins of circuit training and now I cycle to and from the gym.. so... it's HARD but super rewarding and my booty is already looking better LOL.
