I couldn't resist making more of the Halloween Treat bags for my nieces. All made with Libby's Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun. They are easy to make. Just cut and fold a piece 4.5x12 inch felt, eyelet or adhere together. Decorate with Libby's paper and elements and run ribbon through!
