Summer Scrap-a-thon: Anniversary (August 1)
I had never seen this photo of my grandfather and my mom when she was 7 years old in his moving truck.
My father did some research on the internet and came across this photo which dates from October 26, 1967 and which no one knew about.
We only know that it was taken on the occasion of the opening of the Rungis truck station and published for its 50th anniversary.
My mom doesn't remember it but we think my grandfather must have gone to discover this brand new infrastructure.
It's a beautiful treasure to have this photo with my grandpa and my mom who are happy in his dear moving truck.
I am thrilled to have this little piece of history captured forever.
