This property, 3.47 acres, borders the Jane Addams Trail. We had admired it for a few years now while riding the trail. It came up for sale a few weeks ago and after much thought, we decided to take the first step and make an offer to purchase it. There is a beautiful pond on the parcel and Richland Creek also runs near it. We are not sure if we would build a home on it, but for now would use it as a little getaway spot. It's only 5 miles away from our current home.
