My parents ended up heading back to Washington on Dec. 28th, and I had the entire week at home with Macy Jane. We seemed to go shopping about everyday, as I tend to go stir crazy with her still. We went to the bookstore, Babies R Us, and the teacher store. Chris had to work late most of the week, as he had two bids due for work. On New Year’s Eve, we didn’t really do anything. Chris went to sleep early because he was so tired, and I stayed up watching movies. On New Year’s Day, Chris mowed the lawn and Macy played outside. I put together her new t-ball set and her bubble lawn mower (which she loves). We went for a walk a few times too. On New Year’s Day, we decided to go have a nice dinner at Flemings, which is a steakhouse down the road. We had a great meal, and Macy was great the entire time. As we were leaving, Chris accidentally took their doodlepro, and I had to return it (he had to change a nasty diaper). This last weekend, we have been lazy. I saw the movie Twilight(which is so sappy) and we took down the Christmas tree. I put together a high chair for Macy’s doll which she loves. I think I have scrapped about 8 pages this week alone, trying to finish the Christmas pages from this last Christmas, so I don’t forget. I also made some New Year’s resolutions: excercise, no candy, less Starbucks, print 2007 book, and clean more. I made a cleaning schedule for January (we shall see if I stick to it). Finally, I have been on a ponytail kick with Macy-it is so stinking cute to see her in pigtails.
