In Honor of Veteran's/Remembrance day, create a patriotic layout
To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Liberation of France, there were numerous reenactments or events. In Orleans, The city had installed the 8 in front of the 0 of Orleans for the occasion. A great time to honor and remember all the courageous heros who gave their life for our freedom today!

Oh wow, what a beautiful layout. I love the photos and how you blended one into the background. I love the colors you chose and I love the pretty clusters. I love the story as well. Beautifully done, my friend. 
On a personal note:

We ended up all being sick. On Friday evening it was my turn. I was sick all evening and night. During the night, Ward got sick as well. On Saturday, we were both miserable and unable to get out of bed. I texted my mom and asked if Finn could come and play at her house. She texted me back saying she was sick as well, but my dad was still healthy. He came to pick up Finn and took care of him.
On Sunday, Ward and my mom felt better. I was still sick. On Sunday morning, my dad was sick as well. And on Sunday evening Malouke was sick as well.
On Monday we were all healthy again.
Yes, we are looking forward to Christmas and Sinterklaas.
Malouke is with us at the moment and we have put up our Christmas tree on Monday. I couldn't wait!
Finn loves the Christmas Tree. He loves the ornaments, esp. the ones we got from you and my grandmother her angels! He keeps saying 'kerstman' (Santa Claus). It's so cute.
He keeps taking the ornaments out of the tree. Lol.
How are you all doing? How are your kids doing? How is school for them? How you are? And your sweet mom?
How was the cheese raclette? We did it a weekend before you. We invited one of Ward his friends. How was yours? You all liked it?
The weather has been cold and grey here as well. At least we don't have rain, but it's typical Fall weather. Lol.
